The final walk-in registration session is Wednesday April 9th, 6-8pm.  Location is the Cary Park District Building, Oak Room B.

After registering online, tackle football players must attend one of three walk-in sessions to complete registration and have a jersey number assigned.  Although Cheer, Pom, Mascot, and Flag are not required to attend, CJT staff will be present to answer questions about all of our programs.

• Saturday, Feb. 1st, 10am-2pm. Crystal Lake Holiday Inn (Corner of Three Oaks & Rt31)
• Saturday, Mar 8th, 12pm-2:30pm. Algonquin Township Basement Board Rooms
• Wed Apr 9th 6-9pm. Cary Park District, Oak Room B, 6-8pm

Jersey numbers are first-come, first-serve, so schedule accordingly !
