We need you!!

While CJT is extremely fortunate to have a team of dedicated Board members and Coaches, there are many aspects of the organization that rely on parent volunteers to make things happen.  We are all in this together and want the best for our athletes. 

Each Family was required to pay a $60 volunteer deposit at registration. The money will be refunded to you in December, if all volunteer hours have been met and volunteer log is turned in.  

Each Family must Volunteer 4 hours per season (4 hours per family no matter how many athletes). 

 Volunteer hours are on a “First Come First Served” basis. We will send out reminders and updates for sign-ups throughout the season. It is your responsibility to check in with a board member or coach during or after each volunteer opportunity to get your volunteer card signed. Volunteer cards are available to print (attachment below). You will need a board or coach signature on your volunteer log every time you volunteer- do not lose your log. Once your log is complete with 4 hours you can email a scanned copy or photo of your log to treasurer@caryjrtrojans.com with subject line VOLUNTEER LOG, LAST NAME.
