All coaches in the Cary Junior Trojan program are volunteers. Volunteers are what make this program successful. To help assist those on the fence about coaching, coaches will be issued a binder at the beginning of the season containing practice drills, practice plan templates, plays, and agility drills to ensure they have what they need to hit the ground running.
